Rosebrine Transplant

Description: Former manager of the Black Cat Inn in Dementlieu. Short and stalky, but buff. Has been confused for a dwarf but its in fact human. Has several cat pawprint tattoos on his body. Thick French accent. Now manages the Pastel Pummel Pit and isn't very good at it
